Manage your bookings
Click on book now on the home screen and fill in all required fields. Please note that we do not allow guests under the age of 13. You can only make a booking by using a credit or debit card (visa or mastercard which will guarantee the booking). You can also make a non-refundable booking and pay the full amount up front. If you do not make a non-refundable booking and pay a deposit when booking, you will be required to pay the remaining amount on check-in. Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Just make your online booking and send us an email with the booking number(s) of you and your friends and explain your preferences. Then we will do our best to put you in the same room and will always reply to you in person.
If you’d like to make changes to your booking, please send an email to email@example.com or call us on +31 (0) 713622533 (daily 9am-11pm). Please provide us with your reservation number and any changes you would like to make. You will receive a confirmation email once the reservation has been altered.
You can send us an email during office hours (daily 9am-5pm) or call +31 (0)713622533 Please provide us with your booking details for a quick handling of your cancellation.
For urgent cancellations outside office hours you will need to call the hostel directly.
If you have booked through a 3rd party booking agent, you will have to cancel via their website.
(please be aware that any cancellation fees will apply)
Service & facilities
The Flying Pig Beach Hostel is located approx. 35km outside of Amsterdam. You can reach us directly from Schipol by taking bus 361 directly from Schipol bus station to bus stop Vuurtorenplein which is a 2 minute walk from the hostel. If you’re traveling from Amsterdam central station, you can take the train to Leiden and then take either bus 20 or 21 from Leiden central to Vuurtorenplein. If you are driving to us, please use 2202HT (number 208) as your destination, you can email us for parking advice.
Our check in time is from 15:00, if you arrive before this time, we will be happy to look after your luggage, you can also use our bar and common areas before check in. Our check out time is 11am, we can store your luggage after this time should you wish to explore the area or use the public facilities later than this time.

Towels: we advise you to bring your own towel but if you forgotten it, we have towels to rent for €1.
